At Big Leaf, we strive to provide you with a positive shopping experience and ensure you enjoy our premium products. However, due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns. We do make exceptions for defective products or incorrect items received. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle refunds and exchanges.
If your product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may exchange it within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt. The buyer is responsible for the item until it is received at our warehouse. Please do not return any items without prior authorization from our customer service team, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
For defective products, we offer exchanges only. Defects will be verified upon return. If the product is found to be functional, it will be shipped back to you at your cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are returning a damaged or incorrect item, you will receive an exchange after the item has been returned to our warehouse. For other returns, any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Prepaid shipping labels will be provided where necessary.
Please note that ALL ITEMS must be returned in new, unused condition. If a returned item has been used, you will not be refunded.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If an item is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact support@bigleaf.com to begin the return process. Shipping costs to return the item will be covered by us. Once the item is received, we will process your refund or exchange within 48 business hours. Please ensure you inspect your items fully upon receipt, as items will not be refunded or replaced after use.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED: In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Simply contact support@bigleaf.com to start the return process. A prepaid shipping label will be provided, and once the incorrect item is returned, the correct item will be shipped within 48 hours.
UNWANTED ITEMS: If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
